Who We Are
Rainbow Reef Fiji Foundation is dedicated to the conservation of the Rainbow Reef in Fiji. The Rainbow Reef is considered one of Fiji's most pristine reef systems, attracting divers and snorkelers from around the world and supporting subsistance uses of the local communities.
By promoting sustainable practices, engaging in conservation work, and educating the public, we strive to maintain the vitality of this critical marine ecosystem, ensuring its preservation for generations to come.

Our conservation initiatives focus on protecting the Rainbow Reef ecosystem, from championing the designation of the Rainbow Reef as a Marine Protected Area (MPA), conducting mangrove and habitat restoration activities and conducted shoreline and underwater cleanups.
Awareness & Education
We connect with local communities by offering educational programs, practical workshops, and training sessions aimed at developing sustainable practices and empowerment initiatives.
Jobs & Economic Prosperity
We create opportunities for local communities to become PADI dive professionals and collaborate with private companies to build mutually beneficial partnerships that foster economic prosperity while reducing fishing pressures on the reef.
